Spring Makeup Trends Under $10: Lip Products
Spring is right around the corner, and I’m getting ready to bring back bright colors to my wardrobe, and most of all—into my makeup. In honor of spring, I wanted to start a spring makeup series, but showcase affordable products that all have price points under $10 and can be found in any drugstore or Ulta.
So lets jump into my favorite lip products under $10 for the spring
This balm glides on the lips pretty effortlessly. They leave a glossy finish yet they do not feel greasy. As a balm they do hydrate your lips, but I did have to reapply every 2-4 hours. In terms of pigmentation, the Baby Lips tend to be more like a traditional tinted lip balms that delivers a sheer wash of color to the lips. The Pink Punch balm does leave a really nice pink glossy effect to your lips which is perfect those spring days.
I’m sure you’ve all heard a lot about the Lip Butters by Revlon, and they’re popular many reasons. In general these product are buttery soft in texture, and they glide over lips without any tugging. This color in particular is a nice, and bright girly pink shade that will brighten up your face.
Here is another great product from Revlon that is really moisturizing while not being overly sticky. I tend to mainly wear coral shade on my lips during spring and summer because I think it looks great with a tan. The color payoff on this product is great- and it’s pigmented enough that you can wear it alone or on top of your favorite bright lipstick to amplify the color.
