Product Rave: Kari Gran Lip Whip

I love lip balm as much as the next girl, especially during this Polar Vortex that NYC has been in for the last few weeks!  The harsh wind and dry cold air can make your lips feel super dry.  So I have been on the search for the perfect lip balm– I’ve been to high end stores and drugstores, searching high and low!  Now for me, not only do I need a lip balm that moisturizes and hydrates my lips but smells delicious!

This leads me to tell you all about the little wonder I have found:  Kari Gran’s lip whip! This balm ($15) comes in many different flavors, but I have tried the Cinnamon and Peppermint versions- which smell heavenly!  This product really gets down to business and makes your lips so soft! In terms of it’s consistency – it definitely lives up to it’s name- it’s just as smooth as it claims.

I usually apply a fairly thick layer of this balm to my lips and let it soak in.  This balm does have a pink tint to it so you can wear it alone or underneath your favorite berry toned lipsticks. My sister and I really try to use products that are organic, paraben and chemical free, so Kari Gran is the perfect brand for us–their products are 100% organic and natural made of ingredients like organic beeswax, organic avocado oil, and organic cinnamon bark.

Have you tried this brand before–we would love to know!  Tweet us at @passtherouge and follow us on Instagram at passtherouge.
